The bloodline very natural and they come on at an early age. I can usually get by with doing more earlier. The pic I sent you is a 5 mo old male I'm shooting birds over etc.
A started gundog is a dog that has some training but is not fully trained and is ready to hunt in the field. Started dogs are typically 6 months and up to 1 year old and have had basic obedience training, bird training, and gun training. They are well-rounded and socialized, and can be expected to flush birds, retrieve game, and be comfortable in a blind.
Started dogs are pups or dogs that will go out and hunt on their own. They will point but not necessarily hold for a long period of time. They will retrieve to hand, collar conditioned and, HERE broke, handle, turn on command.
