You might be surprised to find out SE Kansas is close to so many amazing things to do! The fishing right here in our area is great with many strip pits and lakes to offer, but we are also a short drive from Missouri which offers some of the best lakes and rivers you can find. When John gets a break from training all those awesome hunting dogs, he enjoys catching some trout at Roaring River State Park.

It's not too early to come up with a plan to protect your dog on the 4th of July! Even the best bred, most highly trained, and most expensive dogs can be ruined by exposure to the loud sounds and bright flashes of fireworks.
